1. Shipping Costs and Methods
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, the value of your order, and the selected shipping method. All rates will be displayed at checkout before finalizing your order.
Watches between 20K -50k € will be charged with 500€ shipping costs.
For Products above 50k€ please ask us for shipping fees.( insured delivery for high value products are expensive )
Shipping Options

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries.

Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, which are not included in the shipping cost.

2. Order Processing and Delivery
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Custom, pre-owned, or specialty watches may take additional time to verify and prepare.

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (for qualifying regions and orders placed before cut-off)
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor the shipment status.
Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 1 PM (local time) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Geographic Limitations

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted countries.

If your region is excluded, you will be notified at checkout.
Product Restrictions
Some luxury or vintage timepieces may require extra verification and handling, which could extend processing times. We do not ship watches containing exotic materials to countries where import is restricted.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickup by appointment only at our showroom. To arrange, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Government-issued ID and proof of purchase are required at pickup.
4. Return and Refund Policy
Summary
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and include all documentation.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll assist with an exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
